Shilah's Gymnastics Party

On Saturday, Shilah had her birthday party at a local rec center. She wanted a rainbow theme...

The kids had a great time in the gymnastics room for the first hour. There were 14 kids, including our 2 girls!

Even Uncle Gabe couldn't resist the fun :)

Serena & Cousin Lily:

I made a rainbow cake for Shilah by making my whole wheat maple bundt cake & cutting it in half. The girls had fun helping me make the cream cheese frosting by using different food colorings to create colors of the rainbow. Pretty time consuming, but yummy!

Happy Birthday, Shilah!

Shilah turned 6 years old on April 14th! Shanti was on a work trip, but we met up with Uncle Keith and Aunt Lauren for some Mexican food. Shilah got to wear a special hat as the waitstaff sung to her, and we had some fried ice cream for dessert!

A Visit from Grandparents

We had a really nice visit with my parents, AKA Grandma Sho Sho and Grandpa Rick! The weather was beautiful (and windy), and we had a nice trip to the Denver Zoo with Uncle Keith and Aunt Lauren.
