Hamstring Surgery

On December 24th I pulled my hamstring- an MRI showed an almost complete tear of my proximal hamstring tendon.  Had surgery on January 24th to reattach it and will be on crutches through March 6th, followed by physical therapy.  Hope I can get back to Jazzercise soon!  I've been lucky for awesome family & friends during this tough recovery phase, plus our new puppy Chester!
