Another School Year

This year, Serena is in 4th grade and Shilah is in 6th grade. Shilah is really enjoying middle school, and is excited to have her own phone now! She continues to love dance, and even got invited to ballet pre-pointe, which is quite an accomplishment. Serena started soccer, and will also do art club and Girls on the Run. Another busy year has begun!

Palisade

We enjoyed our yearly camping trip to Palisade! The wineries were great, and the kids always enjoy playing in the grass and swimming in the lake & river. Unfortunately our van broke down on the way back, but all is good now!

Twin Lakes

We went camping at one of favorite spots again this year! Even though Serena fractured her wrist (rollerblading) & had a cast, we all still had a great time. Hiking near Independence Pass is always beautiful!

5K

The girls (and Ziggy) ran our town's Elevation Celebration 5K again this year and did great!

Wolf Sanctuary

For Serena's birthday gift, we took her to the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Sanctuary near Woodland Park. It was amazing!
